As a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist at Kwanso, you will play a key role in driving the integration, optimization, and maintenance of our real-time customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing data pipelines, ensuring smooth integration with other Salesforce platforms, and delivering actionable insights for the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our data infrastructure is not only robust but also scalable and efficient.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions to unify customer data across multiple sources.
• Integrate and manage customer data from multiple sources into Salesforce Data Cloud to build comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
• Implement real-time data processing solutions to support business needs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and other third-party data systems.
• Develop custom data models, workflows, and pipelines that are aligned with business objectives and ensure high performance.
• Use Salesforce APIs, Data Streams, and other tools to customize the data cloud experience.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Define ETL processes and integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, CRM teams, data engineers, and Salesforce consultants to align Data Cloud solutions with business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
• Proficiency in API integrations, event-driven architectures, and CRM data strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
