Business Growth Strategist Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and forging valuable partnerships to drive sales and brand equity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing business development strategies, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams to present compelling digital solutions, attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and lead proposal development.

You'll also be responsible for tracking leads, managing CRM pipelines, and regularly reporting performance and forecasting.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for local and international markets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, research, cold outreach, and inbound channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to present compelling digital solutions.
  • Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and lead proposal development.
  • Track leads, manage CRM pipelines, and regularly report performance and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in the digital services or IT sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable using digital tools like CRM platforms, Zoom, Slack, and project management software.
