The Digital Marketing Manager for ecommerce will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth for the ecommerce website. They will also be responsible for managing the ecommerce marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the ecommerce website, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth for the ecommerce website through effective digital marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience to maximize conversion rates and revenue per visitor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer service, and operations, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the eCommerce marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.
  • Lead the sales team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and coaching.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies, such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media advertising, meta ads and email marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
