Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Leader to drive growth and business development through strategic partnerships for Yango Businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development or partnerships, preferably in the ride-hailing or tech industry, and a proven track record of lead generation, deal closure, and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and track partnership initiatives
3. Analyze partnership performance and provide insights to optimize and scale efforts
4. Build and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure long-term success and value creation
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach
• Strong command of Google Suite & Microsoft Office
