Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and track partnership initiatives
- Analyze partnership performance and provide insights to optimize and scale efforts
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure long-term success and value creation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships
- Proven track record of lead generation, deal closure, and partnership management
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach
- Strong command of Google Suite & Microsoft Office
