**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe execution of construction works and related activities at Changi East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing effective safety management systems, driving collaboration among stakeholders, and facilitating consensus building on safety and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing safety management systems for T5 development works.
  • Manage projects related to safety and operations, including identifying potential gaps in safety and operational requirements.
  • Drive collaboration to maintain safety and operations procedures, facilitate consensus building amongst stakeholders, organise safety trainings, and conduct safety evaluations for construction tenders.
  • Serve as the secretariat for meetings with stakeholders to achieve key milestones, including setting meeting agendas, performance reporting, compiling safety data for trend analysis, and reviewing risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience with large corporations or government agencies (preferably in Safety Management or a related field).
  • Possess drive, initiative, meticulousness, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • This is a contract position.
