Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accounts payable tasks to ensure accurate and prompt payment of vendors.
  • Manage accounts receivable and billing functions.
  • Conduct monthly bank and other account reconciliations.
  • Prepare regulatory reports and special reports.
  • Act as a back-up for capital credits administration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Create and manage budgets.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop forecasts and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Two-three years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Two-three years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in telecommunications accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software is a requirement.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
