The Role We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer (Graphic Designer) who can seamlessly combine product design thinking with strong visual storytelling. You will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive identity of M365Connect, designing experiences and assets that connect talent, technology, and opportunity. What You will Do UI/UX Design Create intuitive, elegant designs for web and mobile platformsTranslate complex workflows into simple, accessible user journeys.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business and user needs.Conduct user testing, analyse feedback, and iterate to improve the user experience.Explore our visual direction and creative benchmark here: https://pin.it/colICl8x5 Your design quality should align with or exceed the style and tone showcased there.Contribute to our evolving design system and maintain design consistency. 2. Graphic Design & Brand Identity Design social media flyers, campaign visuals, and marketing assets that reinforce brand identity.Support the creation and refinement of our brand systems - logos, icons, mascots, colour palettes, and typography.Develop illustrations, mockups, and visual storytelling assets for website and campaign use.Ensure brand cohesion across all digital and print platforms.Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visuals that enhance engagement. What You will Bring 24 years of proven experience in both UI/UX and graphic design.A portfolio demonstrating your ability to design for digital interfaces and brand visuals alike.Proficiency in Figma (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or After Effects are a plus).Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and colour theory.Experience designing for social media, responsive web, and mobile-first environments.Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving.
