We're Hiring:  Business Development / Sales Manager Europe (Spain Vertical)


Location: Lahore| Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager with a strong track record in IT Services sales, particularly focused on L1, L2, and L3 support services. This role will drive expansion in Europe, especially Spain, building new client relationships and nurturing existing accounts in the IT outsourcing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe (Spain-focused) for IT support services (L1, L2, and L3).

Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans tailored for MSPs, system integrators, and mid to large enterprises.

Build strong pipelines by generating leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.

Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person), present service offerings, and deliver customized IT support solutions.

Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams to develop proposals, pricing, and SOWs.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

Stay up to date on regional IT outsourcing trends, competitors, and client needs across Spain and broader Europe.

Represent the company at tech and industry events (virtually or physically when required).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development for IT managed services or outsourcing.

Strong understanding of IT support models: L1 (Helpdesk), L2 (Technical Support), and L3 (Advanced/Infra Support).

Familiarity with European IT service delivery models and compliance requirements.

Existing client base or contacts in Spain or neighbouring markets is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English; Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred.

Ability to work independently, manage time zones, and drive results in a remote sales setup.
