Construction and Renovation Business Development Manager

The Construction and Renovation Business Development Manager will report to the CEO and will lead efforts to develop new business, supporting the company's strategic plans. This role involves managing and driving activities to establish relationships with high-level clients and community stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must be flexible, adaptable, and a team player with strong communication and client management skills. The role requires close collaboration with the executive team and estimating department, along with strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, research, and pursue potential clients and project opportunities.
  2. Engage regularly with internal team members.
  3. Understand and utilize the company's Business Development processes.
  4. Uphold and promote the company's core values: Care for Life, Act Ethically and Transparently, Be Better Together, Commit to Customers.
  5. Contribute to pursuit strategy development.
  6. Enhance industry and company knowledge.
  7. Support proposal writing and process.
  8. Assist in presentation preparation and coaching.
  9. Participate in civic and community organizations representing the company positively.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely data in Salesforce CRM.
