AI Solutions Project Specialist

You will sit at the intersection of prompt engineering, no-code automation, and program management, owning customer projects end-to-end:

• Partner with Sales & Solutions Engineering to uncover automation opportunities and craft compelling proposals.
• Translate business goals into technical blueprints—process maps, data flows, prompt structures, and API-integration plans.
• Configure, test, and launch AI agents in Agent OS, iterating rapidly to hit accuracy, latency, and ROI targets.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across client operators, executives, and Beam's Product & Engineering teams.
• Measure impact and continuously improve deployed automations, creating playbooks that speed up future projects.

• Discovery & Scoping
  • Facilitate workshops to map "as-is" processes and quantify pain-points.
  • Draft detailed requirements and success KPIs (e.g., ≥ 95 % accuracy, ≤ 10 min turnaround).
• Solution Design
  • Architect future-state workflows in Agent OS with clear hand-offs and fallback logic.
  • Design modular prompts and retrieval chains; select evaluation metrics and test datasets.
  • Define integration strategies for CRMs, ERPs, and other third-party systems via REST/webhooks.
• Implementation & QA
  • Build agents, configure memory & evaluation policies, and connect data sources.
  • Run iterative test cycles, refining prompts, tools, and guardrails for robustness.
  • Document configurations for knowledge transfer and compliance review.
• Project Management & Governance
  • Own project plans, timelines, and risk logs; run weekly status calls.
  • Manage change requests and ensure scope adherence.
  • Provide executive-level progress reports and ROI analyses.
• Enablement & Adoption
  • Deliver training sessions, create user guides, and record Loom walkthroughs.
  • Collect user feedback and usage analytics to drive ≥ 80 % adoption within 60 days.
• Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership
  • Monitor new model releases (GPT-4o, Claude-3, Gemini, etc.) and pilot emerging capabilities.
  • Produce internal playbooks and external content (webinars, case studies) to showcase success.
  • Feed frontline insights into Beam's product roadmap.

Requirements

• Prompt engineering fluency – you have shipped prompts that perform reliably in production, handling edge-cases through thoughtful structuring and context injection.
• No-code automation builder – you've delivered real business workflows on Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Lindy, etc., connecting multiple SaaS apps with branching logic and error-handling.
• 3 + years client-facing delivery – Solution Engineering, IT/AI Consulting, or Technical Project/Program Management where you owned discovery, build, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Structured project management – adept with Agile or hybrid methods, maintaining timelines, risk logs, and exec-level status updates; PMP or Scrum certification a plus.
• Clear communicator – you translate technical decisions into concise documents, slides, and live demos for both engineers and executives.

• Startup or high-growth SaaS experience; you thrive amid rapid iteration and ambiguity.
• Familiarity with process-mapping frameworks (BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma) or conversational-AI evaluation techniques.
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
