Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for projects.
  • Conduct research on material and labor costs in the construction industry.
  • Collaborate with senior estimation engineers during project analysis.
  • Help in analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documents for cost estimation purposes.
  • Participate in site visits and meetings to gather information for accurate estimation.
  • Maintain an organized database of costing information and methodologies.
  • Support the preparation of bid documents and tender submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other estimation software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
