We are looking for Full Time Call centre Agents for our Outbound office in Islamabad.  We Are interested in Hard Working And enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills, in English preferably in a UK or neutral accent.  If you can speak English and have a excellent telephone manner, we can lead your way to success.

Job Description

  • Your role will entail making outbound calls to interpreters
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Monitor performance in conjunction with personal goals and business objectives
  • Making calls to linguists to provide support
  • Resolve any issues/queries and general day-today support
  • Ensuring accurate data entry on the internal systems
  • Managing large amounts outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call centre "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identifying Interpreters needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

Requirements

Hours of work:

·       Its Full Time And Permanent role working  6 Days a week And an 8 hour a day rotating Shift.

·       working hours are UK working times 7am to 3pm and or 10am to 6pm

·       working hours are PK working times 12pm to 8pm and or 3pm to 11pm

Salary:

  • Starting Salary will Be Rs. 35,000 Per Calendar Month and increase to Rs. 40,000    After Training Period.
  • Monthly Performance Bonus Of Rs. 5,000 per Calendar Month

Skills:

Essential

·       Must be fluent in speaking English.

·       You will possess a confident and clear telephone manner.

·       Must be punctual and have a good work attitude.

Desirable

·       IELTS Test Qualification.

·       Previous Outbound calling experience.

·       Computer skills and using all Microsoft applications with high attention to detail.
