Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.

We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

Job Brief:

As a Growth Analyst at Jeeny, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our platform. You will work closely with various teams to identify key metrics and develop strategies to acquire and retain both customers and drivers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track acquisition retention KPIs.
• Bringing traditional, creative and new ideas how to grow user acquisition, reduce churn, and increase user (both driver & passenger) stickiness.
• A/B testing implementation for continuous improvements.
• Analyzing the data for passengers and drivers' behavior & feedback.
• Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) to present results and make the product more Passenger/Driver-centric.
• Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.
• Working with the AARRR Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
• Optimizing channels to always improve the business.
• Scaling and automating the growth processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, marketing or any other related field.
• 2 years of experience in growth and strategy.
• Being data-driven with clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
• A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience.
• Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Creating and maintaining customer & driver acquisitions and retention funnels using growth campaigns.
• Self-motivated and end-user focused.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that activate, engage and retain.
