Role Description

  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage performance management cycles and development planning.
  • Identify training needs and support the implementation of L&D programs.
  • Drive HR process improvements and automation through HRMS tools.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports and insights.
  • Assist in policy formulation, communication, and compliance.
  • Track and analyze HR KPIs including absenteeism, productivity, turnover, and training effectiveness.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for senior management.
  • Lead internal HR compliance checks and support external audits.
  • Ensure consistent policy enforcement across all units and provide training where necessary.

Qualifications

  • MBA HR from a renowned university.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or service delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent command on Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP B1, Flow HCM/Harmony etc.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Candidate should be well familiar with labor laws.
  • Candidates with textile sector experience shall be preferred.
