Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Jr. Business Development Officer
to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to conduct thorough online research, and a keen eye for accurate data collection. Fresh graduates or individuals with up to
6 months of relevant experience
are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize online tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Maps, etc.) to extract targeted company data and contact details from websites, directories, and other online sources.
  • Compile accurate and comprehensive lists of companies and decision-makers based on predefined criteria, such as industry, geography, company size, and job roles.
  • Organize and maintain a structured database of leads, ensuring that data is up-to-date, deduplicated, and ready for the cold-calling team.
  • Research additional details for leads as required, including LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Work closely with the cold-calling team to ensure that the data provided aligns with their outreach goals and strategies.
  • Actively engage potential leads via phone, understanding their needs and showcasing our company as a fitting solution.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of cold outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience supporting sales teams with lead generation efforts.
  • Fresh to 6 months of experience in research or sales support.
