Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert high-quality leads for finance, accounting, tax, and bookkeeping services through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, Appollo, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
  • Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to attract qualified prospects and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Engage and acquire clients through chat support, email communication, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Craft compelling proposals, respond to bids, and negotiate effectively with clients via chat or calls to close high-value projects.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Track, manage, and optimize project pipelines using CRM tools such as HubSpot, , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate service delivery and smooth client onboarding.
  • Analyze campaign and sales performance data to improve ROI and business growth.
  • Mentor junior team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development for finance or accounting outsourcing projects.
  • Strong command over lead generation and bidding tools such as:
  • Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, Lusha, , Google Ads (PPC), and email automation tools (Lemlist / Mailshake).
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and client negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding monthly revenue goals.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within night shift (US hours).
