HR & Admin Assistant

We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in both recruitment and day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as office coordination, supplies management, and correspondence.
- Assist with payroll data collection and leave management.
- Help organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative support.
- Strong understanding of recruitment (especially for technical roles) and HR operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: Rs120,000.00 per month
