Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin & HR Manager to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and handle all HR-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office operations and Other Stations, managing staff records, and ensuring smooth workflow in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure a professional work environment
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required
  • Monitor staff performance and assist in resolving employee issues
  • Ensure company policies are followed by all employees
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth operations
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in HR or Admin roles will be preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
