About us

We are partnering with the
Federal Directorate of Education
for an important project focused on providing quality education and skills development. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced instructors to join our team for the following courses:

  • IoT and Data Coding
  • Industrial Electrician
  • Fashion Designing
  • Professional Chef
  • Hair and Beauty
  • Hotel Management
  • Graphic Design and Media
  • Plumbing and Solar Heating

This is a contract-based position for the Federal Directorate of Education's project aimed at enhancing vocational training across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in the assigned trade.
  • Design and implement course curricula aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide practical training and hands-on experience to students.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure course material is current.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Requirements:
  • A Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in the relevant field.
  • For
    Plumbing
    , a Civil Engineering degree is required.
  • For
    Electrical
    , an Electrical Engineering degree is required.
  • Must be registered with PEC/NTC (for relevant trades) or hold a degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in the relevant field is required.
  • Teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on student success.
