Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and passionate IELTS Trainer/Instructor to prepare students for the IELTS examination. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the IELTS format, and the ability to train students effectively for all four modules — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IELTS preparation classes (online or onsite).
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and practice sessions.
  • Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IELTS test formats and scoring criteria.
  • Track student progress and prepare mock tests for evaluation.
  • Motivate students to achieve their desired band scores.
  • Maintain records of attendance and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an IELTS Trainer or English Language Instructor.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong understanding of the IELTS test structure and scoring.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA is a plus.
