Role Description

We are
actively looking for an Inbound IT Sales Executive
to join our growing team in
Karachi
.

This is a
full-time, on-site
position responsible for handling
inbound sales inquiries
, managing client relationships, and promoting
web design, web development, and digital marketing
services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and convert inbound leads into successful sales
  • Manage and nurture
    client accounts and relationships
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored IT solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a consistent pipeline
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • This position requires working
    night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM)
    .

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    inbound IT sales
    , specifically for
    web design, web development, and digital marketing
    services
  • Strong
    lead generation
    and
    account management
    abilities
  • Excellent
    communication and negotiation
    skills
  • Good understanding of
    IT and digital solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in
    night shifts
  • Proven
    track record in meeting sales targets
  • Experience in the
    software solutions industry
    is a plus
