Role Overview:

As a Night Shift International Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls with US-based clients. You'll close sales, exceed targets, and contribute to your career growth with uncapped commissions and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to qualified US leads.
  • Close international deals with tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while monitoring conversion metrics.
  • Participate in coaching sessions to refine your pitch and conversion skills.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and follow up.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or outbound calling.
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral English accent.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (6 PM – 2 AM).
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on meeting sales quotas.
