We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynamics 365, a strong understanding of CRM best practices, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions. As a CRM Dynamics 365 Developer, you will work closely with our business and technical teams to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements, including workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with other systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates, recommending and implementing new functionality as appropriate.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.
  • Senior-Level: 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and integrations.
  • Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
