Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Manager GGT CAD (Garments) located in Sialkot. The role involves coordinates with HOD for making and coordinating garment designs, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of patterns and samples. The candidate will also be responsible for the training of subordinates, liaising with production and design teams, and optimizing CAD software and processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

Strong expertise in CAD software (Gerber)) for Pattern design and pattern making
- Experience in managing and coordinating a CAD team and projects
- Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and technical design
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work closely with design and production teams
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Intermediate / Bachelor's degree
