Job Title: Call Center Sales Executive – CCTV Monitoring Services

Location: North Karachi

Job Type: Full-time (onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (US/UK-based Campaign)

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and target-driven sales representatives to join our call center team. The campaign focuses on CCTV and remote monitoring services for international clients. Your job will be to engage potential customers, explain our security solutions, and close sales confidently.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding CCTV monitoring services.
  • Explain features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and professional manner.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain quality performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in an international call center (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
