About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Data Analyst
to join our team and play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of data visualization, and the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and performance metrics
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify business opportunities
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and build predictive models
  • Translate business questions into data analysis and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases
  • Proficiency with Python/R for data analysis
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability using data

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, Redshift)
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Previous experience in mentoring or leading junior team members
