Job Overview

Yugo is looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support clients through the visa application process, offering expert guidance based on current embassy regulations, and ensuring documentation is accurate and submitted on time. This role requires strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of visit visa categories, and a high level of precision in document handling.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

  • Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation.
  • Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable visa options aligned with their goals.

Application & Filing

  • Prepare, review, and submit visa applications to embassies and consulates.
  • Verify all forms and documents for accuracy and compliance with embassy guidelines.
  • Maintain updated checklists and templates for different visa categories.

Follow-ups & Coordination

  • Keep clients informed on application status, missing documents, and next steps.
  • Liaise with embassy officials and other relevant institutions when necessary.

Record Keeping

  • Organize and maintain detailed records of applications, client communications, and embassy submissions.
  • Update CRM systems (Bitrix24) with client information, document status, and progress tracking.

Market Knowledge & Compliance

  • Monitor and stay informed about updates in embassy policies, procedures, and processing times.
  • Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes for key destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents confidentially.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred).

Compensation

  • Starting salary: PKR 60,000/month (negotiable based on experience).
