WeTravel is Hiring – Visa Processing OfficerAbout the Role:

We're looking for a
Visa Processing Officer
to handle client cases efficiently and accurately for multiple destinations including
USA, Schengen States, Canada, Japan, E visas

You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end visa filing and documentation support for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and file visa applications (Visit Visas)
  • Communicate with clients regarding document requirements
  • Review and verify supporting documents for accuracy
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage active cases
  • Maintain organized records and follow up with embassies or centers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Schengen and USA visa procedures
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online form submissions
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases
