Job Role / Responsibilities:

develop and conduct courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing services/support services employeesplan, develop and organize programmes, courses, workshop to meet broad nursing needs and institutional patient care objectiveevaluate the effectiveness of individual learning and groupsensure that educational programmes are congruent with organizational goalcoordinates and conducts different american heart association courses and prepares reports as per devised format.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

You must have;

a Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BScN) from an accredited schoolvalid license from Pakistan nursing councilCertification in:
BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/Instructor)Safe Medication AdministrationIntravenous CannulationProcedural Sedationminimum 3 years of experience as registered nursein-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processesexcellent decision making and problem-solving skillsreadiness to work in flexible hours.
