Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing students in clinical and classroom settings.
- Demonstrate and assess nursing procedures, ensuring patient care and safety standards.
- Coordinate academic schedules, clinical rotations, and faculty-student activities.
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum delivery and clinical practice.
- Maintain records, reports, and student performance evaluations.
- Serve as a liaison between the college, faculty, and healthcare institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Master's preferred.
- Valid Nursing Registration/License.
- Minimum [1–2] years of teaching and clinical experience.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
