Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing students in clinical and classroom settings.
  • Demonstrate and assess nursing procedures, ensuring patient care and safety standards.
  • Coordinate academic schedules, clinical rotations, and faculty-student activities.
  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum delivery and clinical practice.
  • Maintain records, reports, and student performance evaluations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the college, faculty, and healthcare institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Master's preferred.
  • Valid Nursing Registration/License.
  • Minimum [1–2] years of teaching and clinical experience.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
