Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for an Admission & Counselling Officer at NeXskill, Arfa Tower. The Admission & Counselling Officer will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing counselling on educational and career opportunities, and managing customer service interactions. Day-to-day tasks include handling admission inquiries, maintaining excellent communication with prospective students.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Admissions and Education counselling
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and local languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus.
