Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized Admission Officer to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing student admission procedures, ensuring smooth communication with prospective students and parents, and maintaining accurate admission records. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the institution in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Provide information and guidance to prospective students and parents about programs, eligibility, and admission requirements.
  • Maintain admission records, application files, and student databases.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for timely processing of applications.
  • Ensure compliance with admission policies and institutional regulations.
  • Assist in admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Respond to queries via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Prepare regular reports on admissions status and progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution (Business Administration, Education, or relevant field preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role (educational sector experience will be preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Professional appearance and ability to deal with students, parents, and visitors effectively.
