Senior Marketing Officer

Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan Star Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd. Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

The candidate should be proactive, well-connected in the construction industry, and capable of handling both B2B and B2C marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market paneling, aluminum cladding (Alal), and other interior/exterior finishing materials to contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain existing customer portfolios within Lahore and surrounding regions.
  • Visit construction sites regularly for business development and technical presentations.
  • Understand technical specifications and application methods of products offered by Pak Gusu Technologies.
  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns targeting commercial and residential construction projects.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation when required.
  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends and competitors' activities and report insights to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Must have Diploma in Civil Engineering (DAE – Civil), Minimum Bachelors
  • 4–5 years of experience in a marketing or sales role within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Must have hands-on knowledge of paneling systems, especially Alal (aluminum cladding) and related architectural products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be residing in or near Sunder Estate, Lahore.
