We are seeking an experienced
Country Head / Chief Marketing Officer
to lead our solar business in the region. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in the solar/renewable energy sector, with expertise in driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening brand positioning in the PV market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead country business strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive sales growth, market share, and brand positioning in solar PV.
  • Identify new opportunities across utility, C&I, and residential segments.
  • Conduct market research on policy, competition, and distribution.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, developers, and government agencies.
  • Oversee negotiations, partnerships, and procurement processes.
  • Lead PR, marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital presence.
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales and marketing team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years in solar/renewable energy, with success in business leadership or senior sales/marketing roles.
  • Proven record of achieving revenue growth and building market presence.
  • Strong marketing leadership, analytical, and financial skills.
  • Experience managing P&L and strategic investments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong people leadership.
  • Fluent in English and local language, willing to travel frequently.
