We are currently expanding our technical team and looking for dedicated and skilled Riggers to join our field operations.

Job Summary:

The Rigger will be responsible for the physical deployment, maintenance, and removal of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) infrastructure. The role requires on-site work, often in outdoor and elevated environments, ensuring the proper installation and handling of fiber optics equipment in accordance with safety and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erect and deploy Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) as per company and industry standards.
  • Dismantle or remove Optical Fiber Cable as per the assigned maintenance or upgrade tasks.
  • Assist the technical team in fault localization, troubleshooting, and new fiber installations.
  • Operate and maintain rigger equipment, tools, and accessories required for OFC installation.
  • Adhere to all site safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including photographs and installation logs.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and technical teams to report progress or issues.
  • Ensure the physical integrity and cleanliness of deployment sites before and after work.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Matric or Under Matric (minimum educational requirement).
  • Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in fiber cable installation with any local operator or ISP.
  • Hands-on knowledge of rigger techniques, OFC deployment tools, and safety measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
