Zue is hiring a Marketing Outreach & Campaign Lead (Wordpress Specialist)

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing outreach campaigns.

  • Manage and update content on WordPress websites to support marketing activities.

  • Develop and maintain detailed campaign schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Gather campaign data from internal teams, analyze results, and prepare outcome-based reports.

  • Present campaign performance updates and briefings to management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, operations, sales) for seamless campaign execution.

  • Maintain structured documentation of campaign activities, data, and learnings.

  • Ensure campaign strategies align with organizational goals and outreach objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, outreach, or campaign management (mid-level).

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress (site updates, content management).

  • Strong expertise in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, dashboards).

  • Strong knowledge of WordPress for website/content management.

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and campaign reporting.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead campaign execution.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and results.
