Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Outreach Specialist to design and implement high-impact outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong writing skills, and proven experience executing personalized sequences that convert. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and business development to source, engage, and hand off qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, social) with tailored messaging and cadences.
  • Build and maintain segmented outreach lists and target accounts for account-based initiatives.
  • Use outreach/automation tools to manage sequences, scaling, and follow-ups while preserving personalization.
  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to craft highly relevant, account-based messaging.
  • Maintain accurate lead and outreach activity records in CRM/outreach platforms and ensure timely handoffs to sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key outreach metrics (response rate, conversion to meeting, pipeline value) and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging, ICP, and lead qualification criteria.
  • Continuously A/B test subject lines, copy, cadences, and channel mix to improve results.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years' experience in outreach, lead generation, SDR/BDR, or similar B2B roles.
  • Proven proficiency with outreach/automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Reply, , SalesLoft, Lemlist, Phantombuster, etc.).
  • Strong practical knowledge of LinkedIn outreach best practices and cold email fundamentals.
  • Exceptional written communication and copywriting ability; able to craft concise, persuasive, personalized messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and run multi-step outreach cadences that produce meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and managing large datasets.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and pipeline progression.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign KPIs and optimizing performance.
  • High attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and tooling.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, digital agencies, or professional services.
  • Experience running outreach at scale while maintaining personalization.
