CodeWorx Developers is a rapidly growing IT services company specializing in AI & ML, Web, App, and Software Development. We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with proven expertise in driving organic growth, managing SEO strategies, and delivering measurable results for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize websites for content, structure, and technical performance (Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile-friendliness, etc.).
  • Manage link-building campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Monitor and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Work on international SEO strategies to improve visibility in multiple markets.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (preferably in IT services or digital agencies).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, and other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for SEO purposes.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver measurable results.

Nice to Have (Optional Skills):

  • Experience with local SEO & international SEO campaigns.
  • Knowledge of PPC/Google Ads, social media marketing, or content strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation workflows.
