Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Final Expense Closers to join our in-house sales team. You will be working directly with a U.S.-based Life Insurance Agency — not through brokers or third parties — handling inbound high-intent calls/leads with a focus on converting them into policyholders.

This is a high-performance role where your experience, confidence, and closing ability will determine your income potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handle inbound Calls/leads provided by our marketing/sales team.

Present and sell Final Expense Life Insurance policies to clients based in the U.S.

Understand client needs, build trust, and recommend suitable plans.

Overcome objections, explain benefits, and close the sale.

Follow up with prospects and maintain strong post-sale relationships.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and coordinate with the sales manager.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of Final Expense closing experience (MUST HAVE).

Strong communication and persuasive skills in English.

Ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Willingness to work from the office (no remote work).
