Role Description

As a Senior Sales Closer (FE) at J.Sons Communications, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Key tasks include engaging with potential clients, conducting final expense appointments, ensuring excellent customer service, and securing successful deal closures. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad. You will work closely with our professional and friendly calling staff to create and manage targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure
  • Knowledge of Escrow processes
  • Ability to manage and close final expense leads effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the telemarketing or insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Timings

7:45 PM - 6:00 AM

Compensation

Basic salary between 70k-130k with commissions (depending upon experience and communication skills)
