About Us:

Gspec Technologies is a growing software company specializing in AI, automation, and custom software solutions. We're looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join our sales team as interns and gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation and outreach activities.
  • Communicate with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Maintain and update sales records using Google Sheets and MS Office.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
