About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with a proven track record of improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing search rankings across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with hands-on experience in managing SEO strategies for multiple websites and digital platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure all SEO best practices are implemented and continuously optimized for performance and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement on-page SEO improvements (meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking, schema markup, etc.).
  • Manage off-page SEO campaigns, including backlink building, outreach, and guest posting.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve site performance issues (speed, indexing, mobile usability, etc.).
  • Optimize content for search engines in collaboration with content writers and digital teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices.
  • Manage SEO tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with paid media, social, and design teams for integrated marketing efforts.

  • Knowledge of content marketing, copy optimization, and SEO automation tools (SurferSEO, Clearscope, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO across multiple industries or agencies.
  • Proven results in increasing organic traffic, improving domain authority, and achieving top SERP rankings.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
