We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate PM/BA to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, coordination, and execution while also gathering and analyzing business requirements to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking project activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings (for Agile projects).
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in resolving them.
  • Maintain project schedules, task trackers, and status reports.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the project management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Exposure to requirement gathering and process improvement techniques.
  • Certification in CAPM, Agile, or Business Analysis (optional but a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
