Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Executive located in Karachi. The Claims Executive will handle and manage insurance claims, ensuring timely and efficient claims processing. Responsibilities include evaluating and analyzing claims, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with customers and stakeholders. The role requires maintaining accurate records, performing claims assessments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the claims process's integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Claims Handling abilities
  • Proficiency in Claims Management processes
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
