The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for driving market penetration and sales growth for Growatt's products within Pakistan. This role requires a strong combination of commercial acumen, technical knowledge and customer relationship management to support distribution partners, promote new technologies, and deliver project-specific solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Management:
    Actively maintain and strengthen relationships with existing secondary distributors and key EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) customers to ensure continued partnership and market coverage.
  • Product Promotion:
    Lead the promotion and technical introduction of new Growatt products to partners, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Solutions Provision:
    Analyze customer and project requirements to provide tailored, viable technical project solutions that integrate Growatt's product portfolio effectively.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Conduct regular market research to track local industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and regulatory changes, feeding actionable data back to the leadership team.
  • Client Engagement:
    Handle client visits and support short-term business travel as required to manage key accounts and close project deals.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above. A background in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is preferred.

Language Skills

Required:
Proficiency in Urdu and fluent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Travel

Ability to adapt to short-term business trips and frequent local client visits within Pakistan.

Product Knowledge

Basic ability to understand the working principles of technical products and demonstrate product promotion skills.

Experience

Proven ability in customer development and managing B2B relationships.

4. Required Skills and Core Competencies

  • PV Technical Knowledge:
    Solid working knowledge of solar inverters and the overall photovoltaic (PV) system landscape.
  • Sales & Promotion:
    Strong customer development and product promotion capabilities.
  • Research & Analysis:
    Demonstrated market research capabilities, including data gathering and trend analysis.
  • Prioritization:
    Candidates with proven photovoltaic system design capabilities will be given priority.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suited for distributor and EPC engagement.
