Job Description:
Liztek seeks a proven Sales Manager to lead sales of Liztekproducts and services focusing on banking and enterprise solutions Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will drive revenue growth for Liztek products and services, including financial intelligence reporting platform, AI-driven GRC platforms, and resource augmentation services targeting banks and enterprises.
This onsite, full-time role requires a quota-crushing leader with a track record of closing multimillion dollar deals, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market share in Pakistan's financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to sell Liztek's financial intelligence reporting platform for and AI-driven GRC platforms for intelligent compliance , risk and audit management
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting C-suite executives, qualifying opportunities, delivering tailored pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals with banks.
• Build and nurture a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, industry events, and channel partnerships, achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals, RFP responses, and solution bundles emphasizing ROI from financial intelligence, compliance automation, and on-demand expertise.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with banking decision-makers, upselling Liztek solutions and securing renewals/expansions.
• Analyze market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market tactics for financial intelligence, AI-GRC, and augmentation services.
• Track sales metrics using CRM tools to optimize performance and forecast accurately.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer science , or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
• 7+ years in sales leadership within banking fintech, enterprise GRC, or financial solutions, with proven past sales experience closing deals for solutions and services to banks and enterprises.
• Demonstrated success selling solutions and resource augmentation services to financial institutions and enterprises.
• Exceptional hunter mentality with polished negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills for banking CxOs.
• Track record managing $5M+ annual quotas in competitive enterprise sales environments.
• Strong C level relationship and analytical skills to translate platform capabilities into compelling business cases.
• Willingness to travel onsite as needed within Pakistan; based full-time in Karachi.
