About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive intern with excellent English and strong analytical skills to support our Web Development and Product teams. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and innovative Product Management Executive to support the end-to-end development, improvement, and performance of our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure the product vision is executed successfully and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and refining product roadmaps, strategies, and feature requirements.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment to identify product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering/technical teams to translate business needs into clear product specifications.
  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to propose improvements.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to support product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities.
  • Track product development progress and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams to avoid blockers and ensure smooth product execution.
  • Support product testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes.
  • Ensure all product updates align with company goals and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, requirements gathering, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an advantage.

Nice to have (not required):

  • Basic HTML/CSS/JS
  • Knowledge of QA tools
  • Familiarity with CMS or LMS platforms
  • Understanding of Dev/QA processes
