Timing: Monday to Friday — Night Shift (US Hours)

We are looking for a high-performing Cold Caller who can confidently call prospects in the United States and convert leads for our product DoorLink — a smart access system for condos, apartments, and multi-family buildings.

About DoorLink (Read Before Applying)

DoorLink is a modern access control solution for residential buildings.

No keys. No apps.

Just QR codes, one-tap approvals, and secure visitor access.

Your job will be to call property managers, building owners, condominium boards, and multi-family operators to explain how DoorLink improves security, reduces management headaches, and cuts operating costs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to US-based leads using our dialer
  • Pitch DoorLink's benefits in a clear, confident, and professional tone
  • Understand building access problems and offer DoorLink as the solution
  • Book appointments/demos for the sales team
  • Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and accurate notes inside CRM
  • Meet weekly & monthly targets
  • Convert leads into paid users by explaining product value

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English (American-neutral accent preferred)
  • Strong outbound sales experience (1–3+ years)
  • Experience working on dialers (e.g., VICIdial, CallTools, Mojo, etc.)
  • Confident in talking to decision-makers (property managers, owners, HOAs)
  • Ability to work in US time zones
  • Understanding of SaaS or Tech sales is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, rebuttal handling, and closing skills
  • Must be target-driven and energetic

Bonus Points (Not Required but Preferred):

  • Experience selling software, access control, real estate tech, or building security
  • Experience with US clients or B2B tele-sales
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, etc.)
