Job Title: Outbound Call Agent (Night Shift – International Process)

Location: Near DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

ATU Logistics is expanding its international communication team and is looking for confident and persuasive Outbound Call Agents for our night shift operations in Lahore. This position involves reaching out to clients in the US and Canada, building strong relationships, and generating business opportunities through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote company services.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present company information clearly and confidently to international customers.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable logistics solutions.
  • Record call details, feedback, and outcomes accurately in CRM systems.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered on time.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales / outreach targets.
  • Continuously improve communication strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Maintain professionalism and product knowledge at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or BPO (US/UK market preferred).
  • Excellent English speaking and listening skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and results-oriented personality.
  • Strong ability to convince and negotiate over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or MS Excel.
  • Must be available for a full-time night shift (on-site in Lahore).
